Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what information YGVPN processes through its website, user panel, and subscription services, why it is used, and how to request access to or deletion of your information. Website analytics and data related to network acceleration services are addressed separately. The no-logs policy does not mean that account, order, or traffic billing records need not be retained.
Account and Order Information
YGVPN does not require an email address. You can create an account with a username and password; an email address is not required to open an account. Account information is used to verify your identity, maintain your login, link subscriptions, and respond to requests. Do not include unrelated personal information in your username or support tickets, and never submit your password or full subscription link.
To process orders, we retain the selected plan, payment status, transaction reference, and refund processing records. This information is used to activate benefits, verify payments, and resolve billing disputes. Subscription status and cumulative data usage are used to determine service benefits and remaining data, not to reconstruct browsing activity. Any support ticket details and attachments you submit are used only to address the related issue.
Scope of the No-Logs Policy
YGVPN does not record which websites users access through subscription services, or store browsing histories, accessed content, or connection details that could be used to trace an individual's browsing activity. We do not create connection logs linking accounts to destination websites, addresses, and individual connection times, so no retention period is set for such logs.
Account benefits, cumulative data usage, and order information are not browsing logs. When investigating connection issues, we may ask you to provide client error messages, the selected route, and a description of the problem. Before submitting a screenshot, conceal account credentials and subscription details. Troubleshooting information is used only to resolve the issue and is not used as a basis for ongoing collection of browsing activity.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and feature clicks so we can assess whether content is useful and whether user panel links work correctly. These analytics concern activity on the marketing website; they do not represent records of activity within subscription services and should not include passwords, payment credentials, or subscription links.
Cookies and browser local storage support sessions, language preferences, and essential interface settings. The user panel stores a login token locally to verify your identity for later requests. Log out when using a shared device. You can clear site data in your browser settings; afterward, you may need to log in again and reselect your preferences. Clearing local data does not also delete order records stored on our servers.
Third-Party Payments and Information Sharing
YGVPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service, and the information it collects is governed by that provider's policies. YGVPN uses the transaction reference, amount, and result needed to verify completed orders. We do not ask users to submit payment account passwords through support tickets.
Account information is not sold or rented. Information handled by service partners must be limited to what is needed for their specific functions. Where disclosure is legally required, information is handled only to the extent required by applicable rules. When redirected to a third-party page, check the page's source and privacy information.
Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide services and handle related requests. Order and refund records are retained as required for accounting checks, dispute resolution, and applicable laws. Troubleshooting information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed. We do not set a uniform retention period without explanation, nor do we treat permanent storage as the default.
Sign in to the user panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information or account. We will verify account ownership before processing your request and explain any information that must still be retained and why. Deleting an account may affect subscription access and the ability to view history. Deletion and refund requests are handled separately; a deletion request does not automatically trigger a refund.
Policy Updates and Questions
When this policy is updated, the revised content will be published on this page and the last-updated month at the top will be changed. Important changes to how information is used or to user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. You can ask about specific processing practices through a support ticket without providing an email address.
For subscription benefits and refund rules, also see the Terms of Service. The data processing information in this policy does not replace the terms for fulfilling a specific order.
